This is a great service department and I love the new Valet pickup service. The men who picked my car up and dropped it back off were very friendly and professional, and took good care of my car. The only issue I had was in setting the address where the valet service would pick up my car. When I got the reminder, it stated they were picking up at my house, but I had designated in the online scheduling for it to be picked up at my work. So I called them to change the address of pick up to my work address. I thought they changed it, but the next several reminders I got still showed my home address. The morning of the service, I called to verify some information about my maintenance plan, and experienced more confusion when Bob started explaining procedures related to fleet vehicles.

I purchased a Certified used XC60 here in 2015 to replace my well loved S40. The sales and service departments are always top notch and very helpful. The shuttle and Valet service they offer has been invaluable and they always go above and beyond to try to find a loaner. I recently bought a new XC60 and even though i ended up buying from another dealer, there is no one else I trust to take care of me and my care with as much concern and thought. Communication is always top notch.
